Description
Born the son of a Protestant Pastor, Dr. Stackpole became an Anglican as an undergraduate, and pursued a vocation to the Anglican priesthood. Grateful for the faith passed on to him in those years, he nevertheless felt something was missing. Drawn to the Catholic Church, his greatest stumbling block to entering was the doctrine of the Papacy.
