What are my refund options?

You can receive a refund to your original payment method.

When will I receive my refund?

For credit card/ Paypal refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days. We will send you a receipt of proof of refund to the supplied email address. 

Items must be in new condition to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

• Clearance items

• Personalised items

• Items marked “non-returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

• Gift certificates
