Description
This delicate medal depicts the Lamb and Cross, in gold, set in a halo of brilliant white stones. It is inspired by the spectacular mosaic at Knock Basilica, which depicts the Apparition scene of 1879. The halo of white stones surrounding the Lamb represents the angels that surround the Apparition Lamb in the mosaic.
This necklace is crafted in sterling silver with 14 ct gold toning. The medal is 20 mm in size with a 16-inch fixed chain plus a 2-inch extension. The extension carries the bespoke Knock Shrine logo on a disc. The necklace is authenticated by the Assay Office in Dublin Castle.
