Christmas Delivery Update:

Please note that the last date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas in Ireland is the 15th of December. Whilst most orders after this date will be shipped within 1 - 2 days we cannot GUARANTEE delivery before Christmas after this date.

Here are the DPD Christmas operating times. Please note that these are NOT our Christmas cut-off times and as stated above our final ordering day for guaranteed Christmas delivery is December 15th in Ireland.

For orders in the UK and Europe we recommend ordering before the 13th of December in order to have your items for Christmas. Whilst most orders after this date will be shipped within 1 - 2 days we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas after this date.

For orders to the USA and Canada we cannot gaurantee delivery before Christmas after the 7th of December.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We usually ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Dispatch methods are listed throughout the checkout process. You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.  Not all delivery options are available in all locations.

Dispatch Methods:

 

Click and Collect (Retail only)

Most products on our website are also available in store.  If you place an order via Click and Collect, we will contact you to let you know the items are ready for collection.  Please do not visit the branch until you have been contacted by us via email or call as your branch may not have stock or has to order items for you.  

Small Parcel Delivery

Most products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as DPD. If your order is shipped using DPD, you can track your package by logging into your account. If your order has been shipped using An Post, we cannot provide tracking information at this time. 

Large Package Delivery

Some larger items will be delivered by specialist carriers. Upon dispatch, we will email you with detailed delivery instructions. We will provide a tracking number so that you can track your package(s).

Dispatch Costs: (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

Delivery of items €40.00 and over are FREE. Any item marked FREE DELIVERY! on the product page will ship for free! We charge €4.50 for delivery of all other items under €40. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout. 

UK Dispatch Fees (excluding Northern Ireland)

For large items based on dimensions and or weight, we use specialist couriers to ensure safe handling. If your delivery address and items purchased falls into this category surcharges will apply per order. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.
