What happens if my item arrived damaged or incomplete?

We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn't always the case. If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at websales@veritas.ie with your order number and we'll look after the rest. In the case of a refund for faulty goods, Veritas will reimburse you the cost of the item plus the initial delivery charge within 14 days of the cancellation but they are entitled to wait until the goods have been returned or until they receive proof of damage item and return postage.
