Fully Alive  – Frequently Asked Questions

What is Fully Alive?
The Fully Alive programme is a fully digital Religious Education programme for schools in Northern Ireland. The resource is for students in Years 8, 9 and 10.

How is the new Fully Alive different from the old version?
Instead of printed books, the main lesson content is provided on Microsoft PowerPoint slides that can be shown on the teacher's whiteboard/screen. Links to videos, music and other resources are included on the slides.

Are teacher notes included?
Each lesson includes step-by-step notes for the teacher. Notes are visible below each slide in ‘Presenter Mode’ – and are only visible on the teacher’s own screen.

Is there a workbook/worksheets?
There are fully designed, full-colour student worksheets for each lesson, plus assessments and a comprehensive Glossary. All of these are available from the download page (see below).

When will courses for different years be available?
Fully Alive 1 (Year 8) is now available; Fully Alive 2 (Year 9) will be available in 2023.

What is the pricing structure?
Tier 1 (up to 100 pupils): £165
Tier 2 (over 100 pupils): £225

How do I receive the files?
Purchasing Fully Alive 1 or Fully Alive 2 gives teachers access to a digital download of the lesson files. After purchasing Fully Alive 1 or Fully Alive 2 online or in any Veritas shop, teachers will receive an email confirming their purchase.

How do I download the files?
Once teachers have purchased the resource, they will receive a second email providing them with a link and password to download the material.

Who do I contact if there are further issues?
If teachers have any problems, they can contact caroline.teehan@veritas.ie or fullyalive@veritas.ie
