This is a lovely and very readable book on a topic that is somewhat neglected and very hard to find material on. It is quite short and whets the appetite for more from this author. Whether you are interested in your own mental health and spirituality, that of a friend or family member or in a professional capacity, this is a must-read. I hope I will have more opportunities to read Gavin T. Murphy's writings.
