What's your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return it for up to 30 days after purchase. We can arrange return delivery at your convenience (please note that you are responsible for all return delivery costs).
Arranging a return is easy - simply email email@example.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
Items must be in new condition to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).
The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Clearance items
- Personalised items
- Items marked “non-returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
- Gift certificates
