TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This offer is valid between 23 November 2019 and 3rd December 2019 and applies to purchases made in-store or online.
  2. Spend €50 - €99.99 (excluding delivery charge) in a single transaction between 23 November 2019 and 3rd December 2019 and receive a free €5.00 Veritas voucher or a €5.00 gift voucher to spend between 23 November and 19 December. Purchase of gift cards is excluded from this offer.
  3. Spend €100 or more (excluding delivery charge) in a single transaction between 23 November 2019 and 3rd December 2019 and receive a free €10.00 Veritas voucher or a €10.00 gift voucher to spend between 23 November 2019 and 19 December 2019. Purchase of gift cards is excluded from this offer.
  4. If you order for home delivery online, your promotional voucher will be posted to you. This voucher can be redeemed in-store or online.
  5. If you collect your item(s) in-store, you will receive your free coupon in-store when you pay for the item(s).  This coupon cannot be redeemed online but only for in-store only. 
  6. This offer is not available with the purchase of Veritas gift cards, Grow in Love Programme, Lighthouse Programme or Do This in Memory Programme. For example, if you purchase €50 worth of Veritas gift cards or Grow in Love Teachers Kit you will not be eligible for the gift voucher €5 promotion.
  7. This offer is not available to Trade, School or Parish account customers. 
  8. The maximum value of gift voucher provided on purchases of any of €100 or more per transaction will be €10.
  9. Free vouchers can only be redeemed against subsequent future transactions.
  10. Free vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or be returned under the 30-day money back guarantee.
  11. If all or some of the product(s) are returned under thereby reducing the value of the original transaction to a) less than €50 (in respect of transactions between €50-€99.99) or b) less than €100 (in respect of transactions over €100 or more), the free vouchers must be returned. If the voucher is not returned, the voucher amount will be deducted from the money refunded.
  12. Free vouchers cannot be sold or transferred.
  13. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  14. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice.
  15. Design of gift card may vary.
  16. If the order is less than the value of the promotional code a nominal monetary value will be charged from the payment card (i.e. if the order is worth €6.99 and a €10 promotional code/gift voucher is used, then €0.01 will be charged per item on order).
  17. If a discount is applied to an order i.e. a promotional code/gift card, staff discount,  promotional discount code which takes the order value to less than qualifying amount for the promotion then no promotional code/gift card will be issued. For example, if an order is worth €59.99 but a €10 promotional code/gift voucher is issued, the value of the order (excluding delivery charge) equates to €49.99 which is below the required value for a €5 promotional code/gift voucher. However, if an order is worth €100.99 and a €10 promotional code/gift voucher is used, taking the value of the order to €90.99 a €5 gift voucher will be issued as is still over the €50 qualifying value.
  18. If a promotional code/gift voucher is not received and we are not informed until after the gift code/ voucher has expired, we will not issue a new gift code/ voucher as reasonable time has elapsed to request a replacement.
  19. If an order is cancelled a replacement gift code/ voucher will not be issued unless we are at fault for the order being cancelled i.e. an item ordered becomes unavailable for delivery through no error on the customer's behalf and the order has to be cancelled, we would under these circumstances offer a replacement gift code/voucher.
  20. Promotional gift codes/vouchers must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
  21. Promotional gift codes/ vouchers can be used in conjunction with other offers.
  22. Our Student-only discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the Veritas gift voucher promotion.
  23. Products such as Grow in Love, Do this in Memory, Lighthouse Programme and Missals are ineligible for purchase using Gift Cards 
  24. A voucher code gives you a discount on a single purchase and can only be used once (even if the purchase costs less than the code value).
