Principles of Ignatian Leadership is a resource for men and women with leadership potential to internalize and apply Ignatian principles in their work and daily life. Ideal for those responsible for alumni associations of Jesuit schools, colleges, and universities, the book encourages their graduates to form leadership training groups. It encourages them to apply the principles to secular business settings while offering a foundation that is spiritual, Ignatian, and Jesuit.
The business, religious, government, education, public, and private-sector leaders of tomorrow are thirsting for wisdom and guidance. Principles of Ignatian Leadership will help them meet the challenges of a world that is desperately in need of direction.
