Sheila Gill is an accredited BACP and BABCP psychological therapist. She has worked for over twenty years as a therapist and for the past ten years in the Keats Group Practice in north London and in the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has trained in a range of therapeutic models. Her interest and expertise is in using evidence-based and brief approaches to help her patients cope better. Currently she is interested in the application of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy ideas, as a means of promoting self-care and healing. She is the co-author of a number of books on the theory and practice of therapy.
